Pursuant to Utah §10-9a-509(1)(a)(ii), also known as the pending ordinance rule, the City of Francis hereby notified that the following codes are being reviewed by the City Council for updates and revisions to be consistent with updates required by changes to Utah Code made by the Legislature of the state of Utah.  City staff is directed to begin the work to update City Codes involving the following:

•    Conditional Use Permits
•    Zoning Use Tables for the City Center Zone
•    Zoning Use Tables for the C-1 Commercial Zone

Any applicant submitting a commercial development application for either of the two aforementioned zones or Applications for a Conditional Use Permit in any zone may be affected.
